Evaluations

Numerous opportunities to receive and provide feedback are provided to fellows —

Evaluations of fellows consist of:

Evaluations by faculty monthly based on ACGME Milestones
Informal mid-rotation feedback, which fellows can request with a feedback form
A semi-annual evaluation with the Program Director (PD) and subspecialty faculty
A quarterly informal sit-down with the PD to discuss progress and updates/concerns
Patient and tech evaluations of each fellow, performed every 6 months
