MedStar Washington Hospital Center was the first Hospital in the region to become a certified Comprehensive Stroke Center and their team has been proactively treating stroke since then2. At WHC, residents are exposed to a unique patient population and can also have the opportunity to experience Vascular Neurology first hand.
